Elite Training
Camp's primary program is its’ One-on-One Personal Training
program. It is customized to fit your health and fitness needs. Your first
session begins with a physical assessment testing your
strength ,
flexibility , physical
endurance and cardiovascular endurance. This assessment is used to
comprise your customized training program based on your current physical
limitations. It is repeated every 4 to 8 weeks to track the effectiveness
of your program and indicate necessary changes, making sure you receive
the results your desire.
